1. Scope
SpekitaShop is an internal business application used by authorized Spekita agents, supervisors and administrators. It supports daily reporting, commission records, business expenses, payment records, activity tracking and account support.
2. Information We Collect
We process information needed to operate the service, including:
- Account information such as full name, username, agent ID, email address, phone number, assigned role and office or work scope.
- Business records entered in the app, including daily sales or service reports, cash and float balances, commission records, expenses, payment records and related notes.
- Account-security records such as password-reset requests, login and activity records, and technical audit information.
- When a user grants location permission, the last known login location, accuracy and provider may be recorded for account-security and audit purposes. Location permission is optional and the user may continue without it.
- Limited device and technical information such as app version, network status, error records and timestamps needed for troubleshooting and service reliability.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
SpekitaShop is not designed for continuous or background location tracking. It does not collect contacts, SMS content, call logs, microphone audio, camera content, or personal photos and videos. It does not collect mobile money PINs, banking passwords or full card details.
4. How We Use Information
- Authenticate authorized users and apply role-based access within the service.
- Process and present operational reports, commissions, expenses and payment-related records.
- Maintain business, financial and audit records.
- Protect accounts, investigate misuse, resolve disputes and provide support.
- Improve reliability, security and performance of SpekitaShop.
5. Sharing and Retention
We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. Information may be processed through Spekita-approved business systems, cloud storage, payment-service providers and professional advisers only where necessary for operations, support, fraud prevention, audit or legal compliance. Records are retained only for as long as needed for business operations, accounting, security, audit and legal obligations.
6. Security
We use reasonable safeguards including authenticated access, role controls, secure communications, audit logging and restricted administrative access. Users must keep their credentials and reset codes confidential.
